USER-CONFIGURED & EXTERNAL SOURCES
FOKUS may allow users to manually configure external URLs, playlists, manifests or other compatible sources.
When you choose to configure a source, information required to save, identify, validate, synchronize or access that source may be associated with your FOKUS account.
This may include a source URL, source identifier, authorization information or other technical information necessary for the requested feature.
FOKUS does not obtain ownership of third-party content merely because a user configures an external source. The privacy practices of independent source providers are governed by their own policies.
PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
Payments for FOKUS plans may be processed through Stripe or another payment processor identified during checkout.
The payment processor may collect payment-card, billing, authentication or transaction information directly from you in accordance with its own privacy policy.
FOKUS may receive and maintain information necessary to manage your subscription, such as transaction identifiers, payment status, subscription identifiers, selected plan, renewal status and access expiration information.
FOKUS does not need to store a complete readable payment-card number in order to manage your FOKUS account when payment information is processed by the payment provider.

We may use information processed through FOKUS to:
- Create, authenticate and maintain user accounts.
- Provide features requested by users.
- Manage FOKUS plans and subscription access.
- Enforce authorized-device limits.
- Maintain account settings and preferences.

Information retained for one of these limited purposes will not be used to continue providing an active FOKUS account.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

These rights may include the ability to request access to information associated with you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, or receive information about certain ways personal information is processed.
